Through our network of chef friends, we can also provide catering options beyond our usual offer of cheeses, charcuteries, breads and all the nibbles that go with wine.

We’ll work with you to tailor a Wine Tasting that hits the mark and fits into your wider event plan. Which is why when a major financial institution asked us to host a Wine Tasting as part of their launch of a female investor initiative, we suggested featuring wines from female winemakers, all of whom have battled against the glass ceiling of their particular region. Or when PWC wanted a team-event for 60 people with the objective of lots of mingling, we devised a walk-around Wine Tasting throughout our bar and garden.

We know that some of your guests may be nervous to talk about wine and/or don’t have a big interest. To break down these barriers, we introduce a game element, providing a selection of written tasting notes for different wines, and asking guests to determine which of those tasting notes matches the wines they’re drinking.
This helps break down the inhibitions that some people have when talking about wine, while also keeping wine aficionados interested, and creates a huge amount of conversation.
Our bar and garden is just a short taxi-ride across the river from Bristol Temple Meads, on the bustling North Street in Bedminster. This makes it as easy to get to as a city centre bar or hotel conference room and, with a lot more character, it’s a lot more enjoyable once you arrive.

We host a variety of corporate events, including wine tasting sessions, team-building activities, client entertainment, and networking events, all within our bar and garden that combine to create a far more interesting space sophisticated venue than a city centre conference room.
Our venue can comfortably accommodate groups of various sizes, from intimate gatherings to larger parties. Our Tasting Table hosts 8 guests, with the bar comfortably seating 30, and the garden another 25 (most of it is covered and with heaters). Yes – we can tailor this for you. In the past we’ve hosted walk-around tastings, blind wine tastings, quiz competitions, and even our own ‘KASKMaster’, to foster teamwork and add a fun, competitive edge to your event.
To confirm the event we ask for a deposit of 25% of the total cost. If you cancel your event at least four weeks before the event, we’ll refund you in full. If you cancel within four weeks, we’ll retain the deposit. Please contact us for detailed information on our cancellation policy.
We recommend booking your event as early as possible, as dates fill up quickly. Ideally, bookings should be made at least a month in advance to secure your preferred date and allow ample time for event customisation.
Yes, we strive to accommodate all dietary needs. All our wines are vegan and our catering options include vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary preferences. We can even cater for non-drinkers, with a variety of (interesting) non-alcoholic options. Kindly inform us in advance so we can ensure your event’s catering meets all your guests’ requirements.
For a Tasting event we ask for a minimum of 6 people. For exclusive hire of either the bar or garden, we ask for either a minimum of 25 people enjoying a Tasting Event, or a minimum bar spend The minimum spend for a corporate event varies depends on the day of the week, the time of year, and the specific requirements of your event. Absolutely! Our wine tasting events are fully customisable. Want a tasting of English wines? We can do that. Have an interest in Catalyuna, Sicily, Slovenia, the Loire (or any other region) – we’d love to. Want all Fizz, all White, or all Red? Or even Orange? Yes, yes, yes and oh yes!
