This elegant Italian white wine is by one of our favourite Italian winemakers, Alessando Pialli. Aromatic with just a touch of drying tannins, this has delicious notes of apricot, russet apples and sweet spice. Delicious with Christmas Lunch!

A little something we think you should know: Alessandro Pialli is the firstbiodynamic producer from this region. Rather than using herbicides and pesticides, he uses natural products such as bacteria and fungi, searching for the perfect natural equilibrium in the soil, as well as horse and cow manure.
